LICENSING:

Interested in using my photographs for your product or marketing materials? Please contact me at contact@dylanvonderhaarphotography.com for licensing inquiries. I offer various licensing options depending on your needs.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

All of my photography work is customized to your specifications. Since each project is carefully crafted, there may be slight variations in color, lighting, and composition due to the nature of photography. These are not considered defects but are part of the artistic process. Once you place your order or confirm your project, you accept these variations. No credits or refunds will be issued due to these creative differences.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

While we take great care in packaging our products, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are shipped. If you would like to insure your package, please notify us before placing your order, and we can add shipping insurance.

ORDER DELIVERY TIMES:

• Processing Times: All retail orders are made-to-order, so please expect a processing time of 2-4 weeks for online orders, and 2-6 weeks for wholesale orders.

• Shipping: We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail for packages under 3lbs, and UPS for larger shipments. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

• Domestic Shipping: Typically, shipments within the US will take 3-7 days to arrive after they ship.

• International Shipping: We offer international shipping, but we recommend contacting us at contact@dylanvonderhaarphotography.com to confirm shipping rates and delivery times. International shipping can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location.

STUDIO SALES & EVENTS:

We host two major sales throughout the year. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter for announcements on sales and special offers.

ORDERING:

You can place orders directly through our online shop. We accept all major credit cards and offer assistance with custom requests, including special photo prints or color choices.

PHOTO PRINTS & FRAMES:

All of my prints are professionally produced in high-quality materials. I offer various framing options and work closely with clients to ensure that their prints meet their exact preferences. If you have a custom request, please reach out to discuss.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items. If there is a problem with your order, such as damage or defects, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, and the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

COLOR AND IMAGE VARIATIONS:

Due to the nature of photography and printing, there may be slight variations in colors, tones, and brightness from what you see on your screen. If you’re concerned about color matching, please request a swatch or sample print before placing your order.

CUSTOM PHOTO WORK & COMMISSIONS:

For custom photos or special commissions, please contact me directly at contact@dylanvonderhaarphotography.com. Custom orders are typically non-refundable once production has started, but we will work closely with you to ensure satisfaction.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE:

All photos taken by Dylan Vonderhaar Photography are copyrighted and may not be used without proper authorization. Any commercial use of the images requires licensing agreements. For more information on licensing, please reach out to us.

DUTIES & CUSTOMS:

You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or tariffs imposed by your country when purchasing from our online shop. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
